Please note that we are currently receiving a high volume of applications for the Airfare Reduction Program. Applications can take up to 90 days to process after receipt. To check the status of your application or add supporting documents, you can access your file via the Online Service by clicking on Consult your file or add supporting documents. You should have your application on hand when you do so. If your application is not accessible, it means it has not been processed yet.

Flight ticket
Enclosing electronic or digitized copy of your flight ticket will help expedite the processing of your claim. You can also send your supporting document by mail.

If the person travelling is a minor at the time of the return trip, one of the child’s parents or the legal guardian must be registered as beneficiary. On this website, the word « beneficiairy » means the person to whom the refund will be paid.

Protection of personal information
The Ministère des Transports ensures the confidentiality of information it receives in compliance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (RSQ, chapter A-2.1). But it is your responsibility to take all necessary means to protect your personal and confidential information by taking the time to clear the cache memory of the computer you used to transmit your request.
