Please note that we are currently receiving a high volume of applications for the Airfare Reduction Program. Applications can take up to 90 days to process after receipt. To check the status of your application or add supporting documents, you can access your file via the Online Service by clicking on Consult your file or add supporting documents. You should have your application on hand when you do so. If your application is not accessible, it means it has not been processed yet.

Rappel :
Si votre demande n’est pas accessible sous l’onglet Suivre une demande, cela signifie qu’elle n’a pas encore été traitée.

Traitement d’une demande
Veuillez prendre note que le délai de traitement d’une demande peut prendre jusqu’à 90 jours ouvrables à compter de la réception de celle-ci.

Suivi de l’état d’une demande
Pour connaître le statut de votre demande ou ajouter des pièces justificatives, vous pouvez consulter votre dossier en cliquant sur Suivre une demande. Veuillez avoir en main le numéro de votre demande.

Flight ticket
Enclosing electronic or digitized copy of your flight ticket will help expedite the processing of your claim. You can also send your supporting document by mail.

Protection of personal information
The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable ensures the confidentiality of information it receives in compliance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (RSQ, chapter A-2.1). But it is your responsibility to take all necessary means to protect your personal and confidential information by taking the time to clear the cache memory of the computer you used to transmit your request.
